The e-DATA Fingerprint Key biometric reader is available with integrated iCLASS® support and works with any existing access control system that uses standard Wiegand 26-bit open format.

Want to secure some but not all of your protected access areas with biometrics? Just replace an existing standard RF-only reader with a smart card-equipped Fingerprint Key.

And this is only the beginning. Once you experience the ease and flexibility of connecting to an e-DATA Biometric Access Control system from any standard Web browser, you’ll be ready to upgrade from your old server-based system to e-DATA’s technologically superior solution.

Since the individual user carries his iCLASS® 16K smart card credential with him, he is essentially a database of one. For any other existing access card population, just add the stick-on iCLASS® 16k smart tag.

The two-factor request at the Fingerprint Key will provide authenticated access when using a smart card or tag.
